Research

Computational systems biology. Current focus is on quantitative modeling and bioinformatics of bacterial immune (CRISPR/Cas and restriction-modification) systems. Secondary interest is Computational Physics, problems in Quark-Gluon Plasma. Most recent interest is COVID-19 transmission dynamics.
